Last week, Dr. Conti and Principal Sullivan had the opportunity to attend a regional workshop on the importance of starting high schools later. One presenter on the topic was Dr. Judith Owens, Director of Sleep Medicine at Boston Children’s’ Hospital. Dr. Owens was kind enough to share this presentation so that we could post it here for members of our school community to see.
We encourage you to take the time to review all of the slides, but if you are in a rush then please just skip ahead to slide 25 and look at the health and safety benefits that our students would enjoy with the move to later start times.
